Spicy Thai Peanut Noodles

Introduction:
Thai cuisine is known for its bold flavors and unique combination of sweet, sour, and spicy tastes. Ingredients:
  • 8 oz of spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of honey

  • 1 tbsp of grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions:

  • Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
